Project "Memorial House of Lazar Lichegovski"

The project "Memorial House of Lazar Lichenoski" before realization. After many years NI Conservation Center - Skopje finalized the Project "Memorial House of Lazar Lichenoski" which by its purpose will grow into a "Museum of Lazar Lichenoski", a building through which the "National Gallery of the Republic of North Macedonia" as user of the space will exhibit the works of Lazar Lichenoski to the Macedonian public. Until the realization of the project all phases had to be passed in accordance with legal regulations, procedures that are inevitable: Revision of the project with all phases in the part of architecture, statics, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire prevention, video surveillance. Obtaining a positive opinion from an Expert Commission with expert control appointed by the National Conservation Center of the Republic of North Macedonia. Obtaining Conservation Approval from DPCCH. Appointed conservation supervision by the National Conservation Center of the Republic of North Macedonia. Realization will take place in several phases, primarily as an initial phase will be the static strengthening of the building but depending on the available financial resources, it is possible to work simultaneously on phases that can be implemented seamlessly, with a single, safe visit to the Museum, viewed from the aspect of statics. We expect after the announcement of the Public Procurement for which there is certainly a legal procedure and process, to begin realization of this very important project both for the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of North Macedonia, NI Conservation Center - Skopje and the National Gallery of the Republic of North Macedonia as well as for the Macedonian public. It is my duty to express enormous gratitude to all participants who contributed to the preparation of the Basic Project with all phases but also gratitude to the other participants who selflessly helped me to develop i.e. Amend the Basic Project - architecture phase, statics phase and electrical phase, due to inconsistencies with the legal regulations from the Degree of protection prescribed by the Law on Protection of Cultural Heritage.
